This includes, litigation disputes relating to Commercial and Private Contracts, Commercial Debt Collection, Bank Recoveries, Garnishee Proceedings, Third Party Proceedings, Guarantees, Debentures, Mortgages and Charges. When and where necessary, we also pursue negotiations with opposing counsels, advise Client’s on risk mitigation and management, settling issues, case management, preparing Legal Opinions and other matters required to reach the finality of a case.
